Who We Are

Pedrotti’s North Wind Ranch is reminiscent of times past when the west was barely attained and hospitality reigned.  We create all that was good back in those times.  Through décor, food, hospitality, entertainment, and music, we can produce any experience desired, Experiences that will leave you and your guests wanting to come back again and again. 

The Pedrotti’s started catering in 1975.  Louie and Sue Pedrotti began with a kitchen and a catering truck, catering exclusively off premise events.  Through the years the Pedrotti’s have been faced with many challenges and welcomed many successes.  In the early nineties the Pedrotti’s were an exclusive caterer of Alamodome in downtown San Antonio.  The Pedrotti’s have catered off premise at many other locations such as Southwest School of Art & Craft, McNay Art Institute, and even The King Ranch.  In 1993, Louie and Sue acquired Pedrotti’s North Wind Ranch.  Most events catered are now held at the ranch. Through the years they have stuck to the philosophy of hard work will pay a great reward. 

With over 30 years of experience, Louie and Sue are proud to say they can successfully make their guests feel at home and leave the ranch with a smile on their faces. Their wonderful staff is friendly, as well as professional, and leave no details undone.
