Who We Are

Pedrotti’s North Wind Ranch is reminiscent of times past when the west was barely attained and hospitality reigned.  We incorporate all of the elements of the good old days.  With décor, food, hospitality, entertainment, and music, we can produce the experience you desire; experiences that will leave you and your guests wanting to come back again and again. 

The Pedrottis started catering in 1975.  Louie and Sue Pedrotti began with a kitchen and a catering truck, catering exclusively off premise events.  Through the years the Pedrotti’s have been faced with many challenges and welcomed many successes.  In the early nineties the Pedrottis were the exclusive caterer of Alamodome in downtown San Antonio.  The Pedrotti’s have catered off premise at many other locations such as Southwest School of Art & Craft, McNay Art Institute, and even The King Ranch.  In 1993, Louie and Sue acquired Pedrotti’s North Wind Ranch.  Most catered events are now held at Pedrotti's North Wind Ranch. The philosophy that hard work will pay a great reward has served as a mainstay for the Pedrotti family since the first day of service. The endless smiles of the guests served each day is that "great reward".  

With over 30 years of experience, Louie and Sue are proud to say they always make their guests feel at home. The Pedrotti staff is friendly, professional, and leave no details undone.
